Mission

  • Cineplex Entertainment’s objective was to develop and grow a customer database for tailored marketing, generate revenue and influence movie-going behavior
  • Scotiabank was looking to attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers, especially those in the 14-44 years of age market segments

Method

Scotiabank and Cineplex Entertainment formed a partnership to create SCENE. We were engaged to design, build, implement and manage SCENE – Canada’s premier Entertainment Loyalty program.

Solution

I had worked on the original build of the email deployment system. I worked with the team at BOND, Member Lifecycle Design & Management and the Email Campaign Management.
