The Solution

Working closely with the Product owners end client and BA we created Aglie process. From Asking the right question to sketching, flows, rapid prototypes, Atomic component, Brand guide lines  we created a New IDS Framework built in React and React Native. For Desktop, ipad, mobile, scan and IOT concept to final High fidelity end product .

Worked As UX Lead on BA strategy and UX team to develop Process to build Frame work to create fast and easy to use applications. I led a Team of 6 people and work with 8 BA and 11 project and 5 Product owners to Updating Old infrastructure to SASS Model by Using agile process with Atomic Components in react. Developing Responsive UI for Desk top and I pads and mobile to IOT.
